Yes, each supported coin has a minimum deposit amount. You can view the minimum for each coin on the Deposit page. Typical minimums range from $5 to $10 USD equivalent.
We recommend using a strong password and enabling all available security features. Never share your login credentials or private keys with anyone. Our team will never ask for your password.
We accept POL (Polygon), WBTC, WETH, USDT, USDC, and DAI on the Polygon network. More coins may be added in the future.
Deposits are credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations. On Polygon this typically takes 1-2 minutes. You can track the status on the Deposit page.
Always double-check that you are sending the correct coin on the correct network. Deposits sent via unsupported networks may be lost permanently. Contact support if you need assistance.
Go to the Withdraw page, select a coin, enter the amount, connect your wallet, and confirm the transaction. Withdrawals are processed via smart contract and require you to pay the network gas fee.
There is a platform fee deducted from your withdrawal amount, plus the blockchain network gas fee which you pay directly when submitting the transaction. The platform fee is displayed before you confirm.
Yes, there is a minimum withdrawal amount set by the platform. The current minimum is displayed on the Withdraw page.
Purchase a mining plan with your balance. Each plan has a hash power, daily return rate, and maximum return. Earnings accrue in real-time and can be claimed at any time to your UPP balance.
You can claim your earnings at any time. For most plans, you can claim 50% of the available earnings (some plans allow 100%). Claimed amounts are credited to your UPP balance.
Once a mining plan reaches its maximum return limit, it automatically expires. The plan is moved to your Old Plans history and any remaining balance must be migrated to claim it.
